Orbital Cerebrospinal Fluid Space in Glaucoma

Wang et al present an interesting, well-designed study on intracranial and intraocular pressure (IOP). Based on standardized measurements with magnetic resonance imaging, they demonstrated a narrower orbital optic nerve (ON) subarachnoid space (SAS) in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma with normal IOP compared with controls and patients with high IOP. The study was carefully designed and is presented with great clarity.
