An angle-supported phakic IOL corrected myopia, but due to its short-term rotational stability, it may be unsuitable for cylinder correction, according to a study.The retrospective cohort study included 50 eyes of 28 patients who underwent implantation of an AcrySof Cachet angle-supported phakic IOL (Alcon) and 12 months of follow-up.
