Fundus autofluorescence findings correlated with visual improvement and photoreceptor status in eyes that underwent surgical macular hole closure, according to a study.The retrospective study included 26 eyes with surgically closed macular holes that underwent 23-gauge, three-port vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling.
