Nicox announced the availability of Sjö, its new diagnostic panel designed for early detection of Sjögren’s syndrome in the eye care professional’s office, according to a company press release.The first sign of Sjögren’s syndrome is often dry eye, according to the press release. With this test, clinicians in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico can now distinguish between simple dry eye and dry eye caused by Sjögren’s.
