Imprimis acquires compounding pharmacy
Imprimis Pharmaceuticals has acquired Pharmacy Creations, a compounding pharmacy, according to a press release. The acquisition will allow Imprimis, which develops and commercializes proprietary and novel sterile and topical drug formulations, to make and distribute patent-pending proprietary drug formulations and other novel pharmaceutical solutions, the release said.
