Another year of SGR? Fix increasingly uncertain as Democrats, Republicans debate payment method

p>Earlier this month, doctors were hopeful that a permanent fix to the flawed sustainable growth rate formula (SGR) underlying the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule was finally on the horizon.
