Alphaeon to acquire Clarion
Alphaeon will acquire all outstanding shares and assets of Clarion Medical Technologies, according to an Alphaeon press release.The amount of the acquisition was undisclosed. The deal is expected to close on or before Sept. 30, according to the release.
