pSivida to sell 4 million shares in public offering of common stock
pSivida plans to sell shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4 per share, for gross proceeds of $16 million, in a proposed underwritten public offering of 4 million shares, according to a press release.The company has also granted an option for the underwriters of the offering to purchase up to an additional 440,000 shares of common stock for a period of 30 days, the release said.
