iStent yields greatest IOP reduction in eyes with highest baseline pressure
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — IOP reduction correlated strongly with preoperative IOP in patients who underwent cataract surgery with iStent implantation, according to a scientific poster presented at the American Glaucoma Society meeting here.“The increased efficacy of the iStent among glaucoma patients with higher pressures means that those who need IOP reduction the most will experience the greatest benefit,” Reay H.
