iStent reduces IOP with no postop medication through 18 months
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A second-generation ab interno stent reduced IOP to less than 15 mm Hg without postoperative medication through 18 months in patients with open-angle glaucoma, according to a scientific poster presented here. Richard A. Lewis, MD, reported study results on behalf of the MIGS Study Group at the American Glaucoma Society meeting.
