Clearside announces pricing of initial public offering
Clearside Biomedical announced that its initial public offering of 7.2 million shares of common stock will be priced at $7 per share, according to a press release. Shares were expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 2 under the symbol “CLSD.” The offering is expected to close on June 7, subject to customary closing conditions, the release said.
