VIDEO: Novel molecule in development for treatment of wet AMD
SAN FRANCISCO — At the American Society of Retina Specialists meeting here, Pravin U. Dugel, MD, discusses phase 1 study results of a unique molecule under development by Roche and Genentech for treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration. The RG7716 molecule is bispecific, containing an anti-VEGF-A and an anti-angiopoietin 2 moiety.
