Ohr Pharmaceutical announces pricing of public offering
Ohr Pharmaceutical announced a public offering of 3.875 million shares of common stock. The pricing has been set at $2 per share, according to a company press release.In addition, “Investors will also receive series A warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,937,500 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $2.75 per share and series B warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,875,000 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $3 per share,” the release said.
