Lombart Instrument acquires Innova Medical Ophthalmics
Innova Medical Ophthalmics, a Canadian ophthalmic instrument distributor, has been acquired by Lombart Instrument, a U.S. distributor owned by private equity firm Atlantic Street Capital, according to a press release.Innova is the largest independent ophthalmic instrument distributor in Canada, where it also provides customer consultation services and installation and maintenance services, the release said.
