Heidelberg acquires EMR company
Heidelberg Engineering has acquired the U.K.-based ophthalmology electronic medical records provider Medisoft Limited, according to a company press release.Heidelberg, which is based in Germany, has appointed Arianna Schoess and Kfir Azoulay to the board of directors for Medisoft, which will continue to operate out of its Leeds, U.K., headquarters, the release said.
