BrightFocus awards grants for macular degeneration, glaucoma research
BALTIMORE — The BrightFocus Foundation awarded grants to five scientists in the fields of macular degeneration and glaucoma research at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology annual meeting.The recipients are among a group of 31 scientists who will collectively receive nearly $5 million in vision research grants this year from the foundation, according to a press release.
