Carl Zeiss Meditec reports 8.3% increase in 9-month revenue
In the first 9 months of its 2016-2017 fiscal year, Carl Zeiss Meditec reported an 8.3% increase in revenue to 864.7 million, or 1.10 per share, compared with 798.6 million, or 0.83 per share, a year ago. Revenue in the ophthalmic devices business unit increased by 9.2% to 639.9 million compared with 585.8 million a year ago, according to a press release.
