Regeneron reports $388 million in second-quarter net income
Regeneron reported a GAAP net income of $388 million, or $3.66 per basic share and $3.34 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2017 compared with a GAAP net income of $196 million, or $1.88 per basic share and $1.69 per diluted share, in 2016’s second quarter.Total revenues increased to $1.470 billion from $1.213 billion in the second quarter of 2016, which includes net product sales of $924 million compared with $834 million in 2016, according to a press release.
