Second Sight Medical Products announced the Medicare hospital outpatient payment rate for 2018 for the Argus II retinal prosthesis system procedure, according to a company press release.
CMS finalized the hospital outpatient payment rate of $122,500 for the procedure, the release said. This includes the cost of the system.
