OcuSoft Inc. and Essentia Pharma have acquired Digital Heat Corporation’s intellectual property portfolio, which includes its eyelid warming device, according to a press release.
The device, which will be marketed as OCuSOFT Thermal 1-Touch, can treat four eyelids simultaneously for in-office procedures.
