Switzerland-based IROC Science’s clinical study business assets have been acquired by the medical device consulting firm Medeuronet, according to a press release.
The private transaction will allow IROC Science to continue to operate in collaboration with Medeuronet, focusing on developing ophthalmology products for market entry in Europe, the release said.
