(NASDAQ:AUPH) (TSX:AUP) (“Aurinia” or the “Company”), a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing voclosporin in multiple indications, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 11,115,165 common shares (the “Offering”).
