VIDEO: More frequent dosing of pegcetacoplan better for geographic atrophy

DENVER — Study results showed that monthly injections of pegcetacoplan were more effective in patients with geographic atrophy than every other month dosing, according to Roger Goldberg, MD, here at the ARVO meeting. Goldberg, of Bay Area Retina Associates, said the 18-month results from the DERBY and OAKS phase 3 trials also showed an increasing magnitude of effect over time.
