CHICAGO — In this video from Retina Subspecialty Day at the AAO meeting, Ramanath Bhandari, MD, discusses results from the TRUCKEE study.
The trial investigated the real-world efficacy, durability and safety of faricimab in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration.
“We were able to establish that patients switched to faricimab had significant improvement in anatomic features in both treatment-naive patients, patients switched from any other anti-VEGF agents and patients switched specifically from aflibercept,” Bhandari said.
