In this Healio Video Perspective, Yoshihiro Yonekawa, MD, discusses a presentation from the Retina Society meeting that evaluated the treat-and-extend cohort of the phase 3 YOSEMITE and RHINE trials.
The cohort included patients who received treat-and-extend faricimab for diabetic macular edema.
“We know how many [patients] made it to 12 and 16 weeks with faricimab, but our question was, how did those patients do in terms of vision and anatomy as we extended the intervals?” he said.
