BOSTON — In this Healio Video Perspective from the ASCRS meeting, Deepinder K. Dhaliwal, MD, discusses her positive experience using STAAR Surgical’s EVO ICL for refractive correction.
According to Dhaliwal, the EVO ICL has five openings that allow the aqueous to flow through the ICL and “bathe the anterior segment.” She offers the ICL to any patient with myopia ranging from –3 D to –17 D.
“This technology is game changing,” she said. “It has truly been such an exciting advance in this phakic IOL.”
