AlloVir, an allogeneic T cell immunotherapy company, will merge with Kalaris Therapeutics to focus on retinal diseases, according to a press release.
The merger is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, with the combined company estimated to have about $100 million in cash to operate into the fourth quarter of 2026.
