Twenty-six total procedures have now been completed with the Jasper robotic surgical platform, allowing the surgical team to maintain standard clinical workflow.
ForSight Robotics announced in a press release the completion of 14 more procedures by Alexey Rapoport, MD, with Robert Edward T. Ang, MD, as principal investigator. The company announced in April that Rapoport and Ang had completed the first in-human procedures with the Jasper platform.
Surgeons completed all 26 procedures without having to switch to manual surgery, according to the release.
