Femtosecond laser pretreatment to cataract surgery was associated with a slight, transient increase in IOP without complications, according to a study.In the interventional, prospective study, 25 eyes of 25 patients underwent femtosecond laser pretreatment using the Catalys system with Liquid Optics interface (OptiMedica).
