Beaver-Visitec announces acquisition of Endo Optiks
Beaver-Visitec International has acquired Endo Optiks, maker of a novel endoscopy system, according to a company press release.Financial terms of the acquisition were not released. Sidley Austin, LLP, served as legal counsel to Beaver-Visitec International (BVI), and Wyrick, Robbins, Yates & Ponton, LLP, was legal counsel to Endo Optiks. The Walden Group served as Endo Optiks’ financial advisor.
