Second Sight reports revenue of $3.4 million in 2014
Second Sight Medical Products reported total revenue of $3.4 million in 2014 compared with $1.6 million in 2013, according to a press release. Total revenue in the fourth quarter 2014 increased 170% to $1.5 million from $0.6 million in the same quarter of 2013. The increase in revenue was attributed to the higher number of Argus II retinal prostheses implanted in the quarter.
