SAN DIEGO — Bilateral implantation of an apodized diffractive multifocal toric IOL yielded positive visual and refractive outcomes at 6 months, according to a poster presented here.At the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery meeting, Yonca A. Akova, MD, and colleagues reported on outcomes obtained with a series of AcrySof IQ ReSTOR +2.5 D toric multifocal IOLs (Alcon).
