VIENNA ― At the European Society of Ophthalmology meeting, Ivo Kocur, MD, of the World Health Organization, discusses Universal Eye Health: A Global Action Plan, 2014-2019. He attended the SOE to discuss with ophthalmologists in Europe different ways to use the plan to the benefit of their patients.
