Spark acquires Genable Technologies
Spark Therapeutics has acquired Genable Technologies, a gene therapy company based in Dublin, Ireland, according to a press release. Under the acquisition, Spark paid $6 million in cash and 265,000 shares of Spark common stock to Genable shareholders. No additional financial terms were disclosed.
