CMS takes action to strengthen health insurance marketplace
Two recent actions by CMS — issuing the final Annual Letter to Insurers for 2018 and the final rule regarding Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters — will further strengthen the health insurance marketplace, according to a press release.CMS also said risk stabilization, which is the primary focus of the notice, adds to other recent announcements that improve the risk pool.
