Revenue up 2.9% in first 9 months of fiscal year for Carl Zeiss Meditec
Carl Zeiss Meditec reported revenue of €649.1 million in the first 9 months of the fiscal year, up 2.9% from €630.8 million in the same period of the previous year, according to a company news release.For the year, the company is expecting sales to total between €880 million and €910 million, the release said, although a lower gross margin is possible due to competitive pressure in ophthalmology and lower growth rates in microsurgery.
